My trip to Canada was cut a little short, but I still managed to do some hiking in Whistler and Banff. Rainbow Lake near Whistler is well worth a visit and Lake Minnewanka is glorious. (Although it was a little overcast for me.) Rainbow Lake can be hiked in a day trip from Whistler, while Lake Minnewanka requires an overnight ‘back-country camp from Banff.

A little patch of grass I sat on to enjoy Rainbow Lake.

This is a 3-4 hour hike from Whistler town.

Standard breakfast preparation. (That’s not me. It’s a guy I met.)

These were my last two activities after 8 months travelling around South America, the US and Canada. Nice way to finish the trip. So many feelings.
