Through the lens: New Zealand’s North Island

  • Through the lens New Zealand

It’s hard not to like New Zealand, it boasts nice landscapes and has some adventurous activities thrown in. On this 9 day trip I explored the middle of the North Island and found a film set from one of my favourite movies. I also got a little adrenaline rush in the greenery surrounding Rotorua.

Hobbit movie. 🤓 🎥

I won’t pretend I’m not a massive Lord of the Rings nerd. Attended with some most admirable hobbits.

Every day ended like this.

Jumping off. 🏃 🎥

Dropped backwards off a zipline. Standard. Benefits from sound on. 🔊

Nothing suss here. 🕶 📸

Quad biking requires some special attire.

Quad cuts. 🎬⚡️

Some solid quadbiking in NZ. Watch out for the 🐑!
